This package is designed for the couple who want to share the planning and coordination of their wedding.  It can be a challenge to plan a wedding and there can be family and friends who want to be involved and help you.  But sometimes it is hard to have all that help and you don't want to offend anyone when their ideas just don't fit your vision. That is where having a wedding planner is great. You can have the luxury to say you have everything covered...and you will! I will be here to assist with finalizing your design, finalize vendors, and day-of coordination.

 

Services upon booking include:

• Complimentary initial consultation

• Digital Planning Packet (includes list of vendors and venues, digital checklist, wedding timeline, and digital floor plan)

• Preliminary planning call upon booking

• Design consultation

• 6 month venue walk-through to finalize floor plan, décor, lighting, logistics, etc.

• Unlimited access via phone, text, email and Zoom for any questions that you have during the planning process

• Assist in finalizing design including theme, concept, layouts and color schemes

• Creation of Pinterest board for joint collaboration on design

• Assistance in finalizing remaining vendors

• Final detailed session 3 weeks before your wedding to ensure your day goes smoothly and create a customized wedding timeline packet to be sent to wedding party, family and vendors (includes detailed itinerary, outline of each attendant's' responsibilities, map, important contacts and numbers, etc.)

• Review contracts and confirm details with vendors (arrival times, delivery requirements, return instructions, set up needs)

• Coordinate rehearsal (1 hour)

• Coordinate wedding day (12 hours)

• Distribute timeline to vendors and point people

• Management and setup of all décor

• Wedding Day Emergency Kit

• Handle any unexpected surprises that may arise

• Vendor liaison and distribution of payment to vendors

• Cue processional and recessional

• Assist in smooth transition from ceremony to reception

• Cue dinner, toasts, cake cutting and dances

• Manage take-down and clean up

• Assist in gathering gifts and personal items to be taken at end of evening

• Package includes use of all décor items available at no charge

 

To reserve your date, please make a $650 non-refundable deposit (which will be applied to your package cost). I am happy to customize this package for your needs and add additional hours at $100/hour.
