This package is for the busy couple who need someone to handle all aspects and details that go into planning and coordinating your wedding day. We will take care of all the details from start to finish!

 

Services upon booking include:​

• Complimentary initial consultation

• Digital Planning Packet (includes list of vendors and venues, digital checklist, wedding timeline, and digital floor plan)

• Preliminary planning call upon booking

• Unlimited access via phone, text, email and Zoom for any questions that you have during the planning process

• Unlimited planning meetings

• Assist in complete design plan including theme, concept, layouts, tablescapes and color schemes

• Creation of Pinterest board for joint collaboration on design

• Assist and management of budget

• Research vendors and venues specific to your needs

• Assistance in booking, communicating and meeting with vendors

• Oversight of vendor/venue contracts and confirmations

• Coordination of invitations, program, and printed materials

• Final detailed session 3 weeks before your wedding to ensure your day goes smoothly and create a customized wedding timeline packet to be sent to wedding party, family and vendors (includes detailed itinerary, outline of each attendant's' responsibilities, map, important contacts and numbers, etc.)

• Venue walk-through to finalize floor plan, décor, lighting, logistics, etc.

• Review contracts and confirm details with vendors (arrival times, delivery requirements, return instructions, set up needs)

• Coordinate rehearsal

• Coordinate and plan rehearsal dinner

• Coordinate wedding day (unlimited)

• Distribute timeline to vendors and point people

• Management and setup of all décor

• Wedding Day Emergency Kit

• Handle any unexpected surprises that may arise

• Vendor liaison and distribution of payment to vendors

• Cue processional and recessional

• Assist in smooth transition from ceremony to reception

• Cue dinner, toasts, cake cutting and dances

• Manage take-down and clean up

• Assist in gathering gifts and personal items to be taken at end of evening

• Coordinate next day brunch (2 hours)

• Package includes use of all décor items available at no charge

• Floral Design services included (additional cost of flowers at wholesale rate)

 

To reserve your date, please make a $650 non-refundable deposit (which will be applied to your package cost). We are happy to customize this package for your needs and add additional hours at $100/hour.
